As TTA members, we hold full professional and public liability insurance which provides protection for any acts or omissions by our staff in the normal course of our business activities. We are responsible for any services which are booked through us as part of a 'package' and for which we are collecting payment in advance of travel. We cannot, however, accept any liability for any activity and/or acts or omissions of any suppliers whose services may be contracted by you whether directly or indirectly on the recommendation of one of our hotel partners or any other third party supplier which might be booked locally and do not directly form part of any pre-booked package.
